The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our senior leadership team as an Executive Administrative Assistant. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of organization, multitasking, and communication skills.


Key Responsibilities

Executive Support: Provide direct administrative support to our CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and responding to emails.

Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone and live chat, ensuring professional and courteous interactions.

Communication: Manage internal and external communications, including emails, live chat, student inquiries, and partner outreach.

Marketing Assistance: Support marketing and lead generation tasks, including managing social media accounts, scheduling posts, and coordinating marketing content.

Project Coordination: Track and assist in the coordination of special projects, including accreditation, student records, and partnership agreements.

Clerical Tasks: Provide general administrative support, including research, compiling reports, and assisting with light bookkeeping and expense tracking.


Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.

- Bachelor's degree preferred or higher.

- Proven experience supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office, and task management tools.

- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

- Customer-focused mindset and ability to go the extra mile.

Work Hours and Compensation

- Full-time: 8:15 AM - 5:15 PM with occasional on-call availability.

- Base salary: $60-65k, depending on experience, with multiple pay increases and promotional opportunities in the first year.
