Kitchen Operations Manager Needed

We are seeking a highly experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Porter House Bar and Grill. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for managing daily kitchen operations, including lunch and dinner service, private banquets, training and working with line cooks, ordering and inventory, and maintaining our high standards.

The ideal candidate will have prior NYC experience and 2-4 years of experience in fine dining or high-volume production kitchens. A culinary degree or equivalent experience is required, as well as prior line or entry-level sous chef experience.

We offer competitive compensation, estimated at around $75,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes equal employment opportunities and compliance with the NYC Covid-19 Vaccine Mandate.
