About This Role

The Business Manager, Beauty, is a key member of the Saks Fifth Avenue team, responsible for driving the business of a specific beauty brand. This role plays a crucial role in creating a seasonal sales strategy and is accountable for the realization of daily and monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a seasonal sales strategy to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to drive sales and customer loyalty.
  • Lead a team of Beauty Advisors to achieve appointment goals and sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and trends to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and achieve company goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year retail experience, preferably in a client-driven sales environment.
  • Proven leadership skills through development of direct reports.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Knowledge of luxury beauty products and trends.
