- Develop and implement reports to meet business needs and drive results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Manage multiple HRIS requests simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure seamless system integration.
- Participate in the implementation and testing of new system releases and functionality.
- Escalate complex issues to IT or HR leadership as needed.
- Ensure data integrity through regular audits and resolve discrepancies.
- Develop and maintain user procedures, guidelines, and documentation for HR technology systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a business analyst or relevant business-facing role.
- Minimum of 2 years of INFOR HCM or WFM system administration experience.
- Participation in a full lifecycle Infor HCM or WFM implementation.
- Infor certification or experience preferred.
- Solid knowledge of HCM solutions and ability to train and lead team members.
- Proven ability to influence and drive toward agreement with cross-functional business teams.
