We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to support our team at Tasca Ford Cranston. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages).
  • Prepare and organize office documents and records.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
  • Input and update customer information in the dealership management system.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations.
  • Assist with vehicle inventory management, including tracking incoming and outgoing vehicles.
  • Evaluate all vehicle documentation for completeness and accuracy.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operation of dealership activities.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced office environment, interact with customers and staff throughout the dealership, and contribute to the success of our team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook).
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer service orientation and professional demeanor.
