Tasca Automotive Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to support our team at Tasca Ford Cranston. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages).
- Prepare and organize office documents and records.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Input and update customer information in the dealership management system.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations.
- Assist with vehicle inventory management, including tracking incoming and outgoing vehicles.
- Evaluate all vehicle documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operation of dealership activities.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced office environment, interact with customers and staff throughout the dealership, and contribute to the success of our team.
Required Skills and Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook).
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Customer service orientation and professional demeanor.
