Job Description

This role is responsible for coordinating medical care services for patients, including phone triage, client preparation, and administrative tasks. The Medical Care Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Assessing patient needs and prioritizing care based on their condition

  • Maintaining accurate records of patient interactions and care activities

Required Skills and Qualifications
