CDE Consulting Inc is seeking a Retail Sales Account Executive to represent our esteemed clients and some of the leading brands in the technology and entertainment sectors. We are in search of a motivated and energetic individual to join our ranks as a High-Energy Sales Closer. Our focus is on assisting our clients in developing, marketing, and enhancing consumer relationships through effective face-to-face sales strategies that promote brand expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new customers and manage existing accounts
  • Engage with prospective clients to assess their requirements and provide customized solutions
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle
  • Drive revenue and achieve or surpass retail sales objectives
  • Foster a vibrant team atmosphere that motivates and inspires exceptional overall performance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred (or currently pursuing)
  • Clear background check (upon hiring)
  • Reliable personal transportation
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and a knack for building rapport
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a retail sales setting
  • Goal-oriented with a competitive spirit
  • Team player with leadership potential
