Position Overview:

Classification:
Full-Time, Exempt, 40 hours/week, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Role Focus:

This role entails overseeing the upkeep and restoration of facilities, grounds, vehicles, furnishings, and equipment associated with the organization, whether owned or leased. This includes a portfolio of 11 owned properties.

Responsibilities may include direct maintenance work, delegating tasks, or contracting services as necessary. The primary office serves as the operational hub for this position.

Compensation:
$60,000 annually, complemented by an exceptional benefits package.

Paid Leave:

Qualifications:
A strong understanding of and commitment to the organization's mission, representing it in a professional manner.

A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

A minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience is necessary, including at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.

Must prioritize safety and possess a working knowledge of OSHA regulations.

Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English is essential.


Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license, with the capability to meet driving standards as per organizational insurance policies.

Must be able to operate a box truck and successfully complete the organization's online fleet safety driving assessment.

Demonstrated proficiency in all aspects of property maintenance is required.

A flexible mindset, strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently are essential attributes.
