Role Summary: The Facilities Operations Manager is accountable for overseeing janitorial staff and operations within a designated region. This role includes direct management of cleaning personnel and responsibilities for specialized floor care projects within the assigned accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise janitorial staff and ensure operational efficiency.
- Support Human Resources in recruitment and training initiatives.
- Manage warehouse operations and equipment maintenance.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain overall account management.
- Assist the VP of Operations with training programs, project scheduling, and budgeting for accounts.
- Collaborate on company initiatives and directives.
Work Schedule: This position primarily operates during mid-shift hours, typically from 10 AM to 9 PM, with a commitment of up to 45-50 hours per week. Flexibility is required to accommodate earlier or later shifts and occasional weekend work.
Compensation: Salary range is between $45,000 and $60,000, commensurate with experience.
