This Facilities Operations Manager will oversee the comprehensive maintenance of our community's grounds and facilities, ensuring the health, safety, and satisfaction of our residents.

Here are some of the key responsibilities of a

Facilities Operations Manager:
Ensuring compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations and standards

This is a hands-on management role, requiring knowledge in Carpentry, Electrical Systems, Painting, Plumbing, Kitchen Operations, and HVAC systems

Collaborate effectively with other department leaders to ensure exceptional service for our residents

A background in healthcare, hospitality, or property management is advantageous

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
You would be an excellent addition to our team if you possess the following qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous maintenance experience with a strong focus on HVAC and electrical systems

Experience in the Healthcare or Hospitality sector is highly preferred

Supervisory experience is a plus

Reside within a reasonable commuting distance from the community
