About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our team at NFP. As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in supporting our consultants in managing client accounts, researching, analyzing, and evaluating medical, dental, life, and disability benefits plans and programs for employers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis and Entry: Assist the consulting team in gathering, organizing, entering, and analyzing data using Excel spreadsheets for various client projects.
  • Project Management: Manage the quality and timeliness of client deliverables, develop budgets and billing reports, and participate in client calls and meetings as appropriate.
  • Benchmarking and Reporting: Gather and analyze health benefits data from national surveys, input it into a standardized template, and compare a client's medical and dental plan information to other companies by industry or geography, and present the final report to the client.
  • Client Communication: Assist with the preparation and delivery of clear and concise client-friendly communications, and develop and present benchmarking reports to clients.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Three to five years of industry experience required.
  • Skills: Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint), excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills, ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment, and ability to work independently and on a team.
  • Licenses: Life & Health License required.
