Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee payroll data analysis to identify and resolve discrepancies before, during, and after processing.
- Analyze payroll processing audit reports for accuracy and implement corrective actions to ensure timely and accurate resolution of discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in Payroll, Finance, Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Human Resources to resolve issues.
- Work with management and stakeholders to establish, develop, or optimize procedures due to regulatory change, changes in systems functionality, or implementation of new business requirements.
- Assist with payroll-related matters, including check tracking, pay discrepancies, garnishments, benefits, and onboarding issues within the payroll department.
- Assist with commission and bonus tracking and payment processing for staff each biweekly and weekly pay period as required.
- Oversee tickets received in the Payroll Freshdesk inbox and coordinate accordingly to provide administrative support.
- Regularly audit and ensure quarterly tax filings are accurate and reconciled to payroll reports for all entities.
- Maintain knowledge of compliance requirements and apply to the business environment, making recommendations when deficiencies are identified.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of In-House and/or Outsourced Payroll experience.
- High School Diploma / GED.
- Experience in Data Analysis, including mining, evaluation, and visualization.
- Experience in a Multi-company / Entity environment.
- Microsoft Excel proficient and/or SQL skills.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience with Workday or similar system.
