We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Showroom Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers on the showroom floor, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our product offerings to effectively meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with Outside Sales Associates to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with Showroom Sales consultants to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Process customer orders, update contracts, and coordinate deliveries with the warehouse.
Requirements:
  • A college degree or working towards a degree is preferred, but comparable industry knowledge and experience will be considered.
  • 0-3 years of prior customer service experience is preferred.
  • Results-oriented, goal-driven, and able to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • A cheerful personality, with a passion for sales and customer service.
