About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Marketing Communications to join our team at Moon Creative Lab. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and communications strategies that drive business growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing and communications plans to promote Moon Creative Lab and its offerings
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing and communications campaigns, including events, social media, and content marketing
  • Foster a vibrant and supportive community environment through effective communication and engagement
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to create and curate content that informs, inspires, and engages our community
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Moon's community in Silicon Valley/US, addressing inquiries and providing support as needed
  • Collaborate with the Tokyo-based Marketing and Communications team on global announcements and initiatives
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in marketing and communications, with a strong background in public relations, marketing, social media, and event management
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects and audiences, with a focus on delivering results-driven marketing and communications strategies
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and content
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or advanced degree a plus
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual in Japanese and English
  • Experience working with startups to deliver top-tier media results
  • Success in launching and growing a small but enthusiastic community
  • Ability to work across languages and cultures, with a willingness to travel for business
