Flow Automotive Companies is in search of a Detail Shop Manager to lead our detailing team.

The Detail Manager will oversee and support the detail technicians in executing their responsibilities, including scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to excellence in their work.

Work Schedule: 5 days a week with occasional Saturdays, along with a weekday off during those weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly washes vehicle exteriors and cleans both interior and exterior windows.
  • Applies wax to vehicle surfaces and performs buffing as needed.
  • Utilizes a vacuum to clean the interiors, removing dirt and debris.
  • Employs appropriate cleaning agents to maintain upholstery, rugs, and other surfaces.
  • Applies revitalizing agents to interior vinyl or leather.
  • Conducts engine cleaning and maintains the engine compartment.
  • Utilizes specialized cleaners for stubborn materials, adhering to manufacturer guidelines.
  • Inspects vehicles for visible defects, including dents and scratches.
  • Restores the appearance of engines, rugs, upholstery, and painted surfaces using touch-up materials.
  • Ensures the use of protective gear when handling cleaning products.
  • Applies dressing to tires and tire wells.
  • Removes window stickers from sold vehicles.
  • Maintains a clean and organized work area.
  • Operates tools and equipment safely and reports any safety concerns to management.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.
