Customer Service Representative

Future Remodeling is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our growing team of appointment setters. In this role, you will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to our sales efforts.
As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and driving company growth. You will handle inbound customer calls professionally, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our services. You will also conduct outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our services
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products and services
- Meet weekly and monthly quotas for call volume and sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall performance
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
- Escalate complex issues to the Call Center Manager when necessary
Requirements:
- 0-3 Years' experience in customer service, call centers, or similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly developed social skills, enjoys interpersonal communication, and speaks clearly and with poise
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software systems
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Resilience and the ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Relentless at perfecting your craft, always willing to learn and develop new skills
- Capacity to persevere through rejection and derive valuable lessons from it
- Desire to grow and become a better leader and person
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented
