Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative will be part of the Customer Service team in Hudson, NH, supporting the Order Service, Repair, and Warranty departments for Raymarine and FLIR Maritime brands. This role requires efficient coordination between FLIR account and end customers, working directly with key stakeholders to process and coordinate all Americas' orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Field incoming inquiries from B2B and B2C stakeholders via phone calls, emails, and CRM tickets.
- Open and update work orders in SAP as directed, prepare work orders for quotes and processing, and update relevant stakeholders throughout the process.
- Assist leadership in monitoring work orders to ensure timely closure.
- Daily problem-solving and critical thinking, correcting errors in SAP, reviewing workflows, and processes.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to report weekly updates on turnaround times, product availability, lead times, and shortages.
- Regularly review and fulfill order backlogs.
- Develop creative solutions during supply constraints.
- Maintain, improve, and enhance procedures and work instructions from the front-line perspective.
- Collaborate with Teledyne's Global Trade Compliance group to ensure proper documentation and processing of import and export orders.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience.
- Strong Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system experience, preferably SAP.
- Proficiency in other computer applications and environments, such as Microsoft Office, web-based CRMs, and KMS.
- A self-starter with an ethical, analytical, creative, and independent spirit; a team player is critical to this role.
- Solid communication skills, verbal and written.
