Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to high-volume incoming calls and provide accurate information to clients.
  • Assist clients with basic inquiries, including refunds, location/directions, and updating contact information.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a supervised front desk.
  • Set up conference calls and appointments for CPAs as needed.
  • Process payments over the phone from clients and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards clients at all times.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on company services and be able to answer client questions confidently.
  • Update client notes and maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and the CSR Manager as needed.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ year of experience in a relevant field.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and provide excellent customer service.
  • Proficiency in using computers and MS Office Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to concentrate for extended periods and perform tasks accurately and efficiently.
