Job Description: The MH Group seeks a highly skilled Temporary Financial Coordinator to support our team in Northampton, MA. In this part-time role, you will play a critical part in managing our organization's finances, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Process all incoming and outgoing financial documents.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable & Payable, invoicing, payment processing, and bill tracking using Bill.com.
  • Record and track staff and volunteer expenses accurately.
  • Handle check requests, manage spending forms, and hold the organization's credit card.
  • Collaborate with the bookkeeper on daily financial matters.
