Part-Time Administrative Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Part-Time Finance Coordinator to join our client's team at The MH Group, LLC. This temporary role requires excellent administrative skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
Job OverviewThis is a part-time position with approximately 20-30 hours per week. As a key member of our team, you will provide crucial support to our organization's office operations. Your responsibilities will include managing communications, welcoming visitors, and assisting with various office logistics.
Key Responsibilities- You will serve as the primary contact for general inquiries, ensuring prompt responses to emails and phone calls.
- Provide basic IT support, including assistance with livestream accounts.
- Assist with Yahrzeit mailers and coordinate with volunteers for plaque-related tasks.
- Screen and welcome visitors, coordinate with staff, and assist with duties.
- Create and organize nametags for Shabbat services.
- Act as a resource for members, addressing their administrative and general inquiries.
- Help manage calendaring and room requests.
- Assist with maintaining office machinery and inventory.
- Support a youth & family education program on Thursdays from 2 PM-6 PM.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency with office machinery and basic IT support.
- Experience in an administrative or office support role preferred.
- Familiarity with Jewish holidays, customs, calendar, and Hebrew language is a plus.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $25 x 20 = $5,000 per year based on a 20-hour workweek. This amount is equivalent to $31.25 per hour. Please note that this calculation assumes a 52-week work schedule with no overtime pay.
