Your Responsibilities:

Deliver top-tier financial services to both prospective and current clients, facilitating their purchasing, insuring, and refinancing needs.

Optimize sales and profitability by utilizing The Ladders' suite of tools, products, and services.

Uphold ethical sales practices while fostering employee engagement and making informed decisions in collaboration with management, sales, and administrative teams.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance job satisfaction, boost productivity, and align with the strategic goals of The Ladders.

Implement and communicate processes that ensure efficiency and financial accuracy across operations.

Your Qualifications:

Sales and Advisory Expertise:
  • Assess customer finance and insurance requirements through effective interactions.
  • Develop and present sales proposals for The Ladders' financial services and products.
  • Collaborate with a network of lenders and insurance partners to achieve optimal outcomes.
Communication and Management Skills:
  • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Share insights and processes effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Maintain structured processes and adequate staffing for financial operations.
Record Management:
  • Ensure meticulous organization of all transaction records, documents, and customer data.
  • Comply with record-keeping standards for regulatory and future reference.
Analytical Problem-Solving:
  • Demonstrate the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues during the sales and financing journey.
  • Develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs and navigate challenges.
Contract Compliance:
  • Thoroughly review contracts to ensure they meet legal and regulatory standards.
  • Understand and adhere to industry-specific compliance requirements.
F&I Sales Acumen:
  • Grasp the sales process from initial contact to deal closure.
  • Familiarize yourself with the core services and products offered through The Ladders' finance department.
  • Prepare comprehensive presentations of all financial, insurance, and product protection offerings.
