We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative and program support for the Impact MBA program and faculty and staff within the Department of Accounting & Finance, the Department of Business Administration, and the Cofrin School of Business at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and Logistics

- Experience in a higher education environment, preferably with the University of Wisconsin System
- Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Experience with web content management systems and financial software
This is a full-time University Staff appointment with a regular schedule of 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The position may have the option to work on-campus or a hybrid schedule subject to approved telecommuting requests. Occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required to support the Cofrin School of Business programs and events.
