Position Overview:

As a Senior Financial Analyst specializing in Program Cost Control, you will be an integral part of the finance team focused on delivering financial insights and support for key programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive cost and performance assessments, providing weekly and monthly reports that include Earned Value metrics.
  • Assist in the preparation of Estimates to Complete (ETCs) and develop quarterly Estimates at Completion (EACs) in line with corporate guidelines.
  • Perform in-depth financial analysis to identify and explain variances from budget baselines and EACs, including Latest Revised Estimates (LREs).
  • Review and execute approved Baseline Change Requests (BCRs) based on established protocols.
  • Engage with Control Account Managers (CAMs) and Work Package Managers to ensure compliance with Earned Value reporting standards.
  • Support various financial inquiries and provide ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed.
  • Adhere to financial policies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Work in a hybrid capacity, balancing onsite and remote work as dictated by program needs.

Qualifications Required:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with lesser experience.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with financial systems such as SAP, PRISM, or Business Warehouse.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment while also being self-driven.
  • Familiarity with Earned Value Management principles.
