Position Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Compensation Technology Analyst to join our HR Technology team. This role is pivotal in supporting and executing strategic technical initiatives that enhance our HR functions. You will collaborate closely with internal HR and IT teams, vendors, and business partners to optimize the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Module and other HR technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a Business Analyst overseeing the SuccessFactors modules and the execution of HR Technology projects, including module configuration, system validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Address issues related to the business utilization of implemented systems or processes by collaborating with system users, owners, and project teams to identify viable solutions.
  • Engage with HR Data Warehouse and Development teams to support the creation and maintenance of HR data interfaces.
  • Collaborate with global HR Centers of Excellence (COE), HR Operations, and HR IT teams to gather and analyze requirements, providing insights for enhancing compensation and variable pay processes.
  • Work alongside internal and external Managed Support development teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet the needs of our business partners.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the Boston Scientific SuccessFactors implementation, effectively communicating with product and support teams regarding defects, enhancements, and other requests to drive efficiency.
  • Support project activities and work streams, collaborating with cross-functional groups using Agile project management methodologies, potentially leading multiple project activities concurrently.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and establish effective, efficient workflows.
  • Participate in SuccessFactors and related technology user groups, conferences, and seminars to stay informed about industry best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years as a Business Analyst in an IT systems environment; HRIS systems experience is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Compensation.
  • 3+ years of technical experience with SAP Compensation and/or Variable Pay forms.
  • Experience in managing Employee Central data and imports.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access; familiarity with SQL and XML is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions, including experience in writing and executing test scripts.
  • Demonstrated capability to work across multiple systems within HR and IT.
  • Experience in collaborating with vendors and business partners on various projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and regulations, particularly in Compensation and Variable Pay.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Compensation & Equity related projects.
  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams.
  • SuccessFactors certification in Compensation or Variable Pay.
