Lead Analyst, Site Activation and Implementation

As a Senior Analyst, Site Activation and Deployment, you will be an integral part of the Standard Terminal Automation Replacement System (STARS) Deployment team. This team is a key component of the Air Traffic Solutions product suite within our Connected Aviation Solutions division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the execution of risk and opportunity management strategies.
- Support contract modifications, ensuring adherence to cost and scheduling requirements.
- Engage in weekly production and staff meetings to ensure alignment and progress.
- Adapt to daily challenges and evolving Government requirements from agencies such as the FAA and DoD.
- Oversee and coordinate a team of professionals in system engineering, production, and installation, tasked with deploying air traffic systems and components.
- Research historical deployment schedules and systems, presenting insights through detailed presentations.
- Collaborate with lifecycle sustainment product teams and STARS engineering experts.
- Work in a hybrid capacity, with onsite time determined in collaboration with your supervisor.
- A University Degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field, or 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- Experience in production planning or material management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen, as access to information under this program is restricted to U.S. Citizens.
- Experience in cost account management or scheduling.
- Ability to self-initiate and prioritize tasks from multiple management contacts.
- Understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP), including demand and change management.
