  • Oversee day-to-day activities to meet daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly expectations
  • Monitor headcount and adjust the work force as needed to meet internal and external customer needs
  • Ensure products are made to print and meet the highest quality standards
Requirements
  • Proven ability to manage people, train, and motivate employees
  • Strong process focus and ability to recommend and implement changes to improve efficiency and performance
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interpret standards, specifications, procedures, drawings, etc.
  • Proven knowledge and application of Lean Manufacturing Principles
  • Ability to present facts and recommendations effectively in oral and written form
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project management and planning skills
  • SAP knowledge and experience with production planning systems
Working Conditions/Physical Demands

The employee is regularly required to stand, reach above shoulder level, reach below knee level, bend/twist/stoop, squat/kneel, climb, and regularly lift/carry up to 60 lbs. Steel-toed shoes are required for working in this position.
