Warehouse Operations Specialist

Atosa USA, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of commercial kitchen equipment, renowned for innovation, quality, and exceptional service. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a forklift, handling shipping and receiving activities, and efficiently moving materials within the warehouse. Key responsibilities include:
- Receiving and verifying incoming cargo, accurately recording counts and conditions.
- Preparing equipment for outgoing orders, ensuring precise labeling for correct destinations.
- Segregating outgoing cargo based on purchase order, customer, or freight carrier requirements.
- Conducting periodic inventory counts to maintain real-time and accurate inventory levels.
- Performing essential warehouse maintenance tasks, including sweeping floors and organizing equipment.
- Operating a forklift to load, unload, and move materials with utmost safety.
- Inspecting materials for any damage, defects, or discrepancies and promptly reporting issues to the supervisor.
- Assisting with inventory management by conducting regular stock counts and updating inventory records.
- Maintaining precise and up-to-date records of all inventory transactions, completing necessary paperwork accurately.
- Adhering strictly to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse setting.
- Preferred OSHA certification.
