Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Associate Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Tennessee Market, including reporting, dispute resolution, cashiering, and settlement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily, weekly, and periodic reports to our Tennessee Market.
  • Research and respond to customer dispute cases for multiple locations.
  • Monitor the respond and recover portal and respond to customer inquiries by daily deadline.
  • Provide backup support to settle driver routes in cashiering/settlement system, cashier Full-Service Vending routes, and make deposits to then verify with bank.
  • Ensure Global Business Services (GBS) Controls for control and compliance are completed daily, weekly, period, and quarterly within the required timeframe to be compliant.
  • Provide dedicated administrative support in a professional, confidential, and organized manner.
  • Monitor email and phone calls; proactively respond to and/or coordinate issues when possible.
  • Organize/maintain department files, both electronic and hard copy.
  • Comply with document retention records policy and data classification policies as it relates to settlement.
  • Daily interaction with local teams, and market admin team.
  • Maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential material on a daily basis.
  • Ability to work proficiently and calmly under pressure situations.
  • Administer specific applications/time bound processes in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results and special projects as needed.
  • Other administrative and customer/location support responsibilities as assigned to include coverage for peers.
Requirements
  • Three years of administrative experience preferred.
  • Two years of preparing, presenting, and distributing reports preferred.
  • Must be proficient in data entry with knowledge of current computer software programs, especially Excel and Teams.
  • Must be a strong team player and assist others when necessary.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in prioritizing work and multi-tasking, with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Outstanding organization, time management, and follow-up skills.
  • Responsible and reliable.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Aptitude to work with minimal supervision – set goals, create, and implement action plans, and monitor progress toward goals.
Benefits
  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $37,000 - $51,500.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
