Easol is the leading platform for experience businesses, including events, festivals, and adventures. We help these businesses drive direct sales, retain revenue, own their data, and run their business on their own terms. Our platform was founded by experienced festival founders who understood the challenges and frustrations of growing an experience business.

As an Experience Expert at Easol, you will play a vital role in our growth journey. You will be responsible for building partnerships with exciting experience creators and demonstrating how Easol can supercharge their businesses. Your focus will be on music events and festivals, although you will work across various types of experiences.

Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end sales process from market research to closing deals. You will deliver sales demos, both online and in-person, and manage your sales pipeline to hit monthly and quarterly targets. You will also own and track your sales data, continuously improving key performance indicators.

Requirements for this role include prior US music industry experience and a new business hunter with an exemplary track record. You must be highly empathetic and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You should be an entrepreneurial self-starter with a track record of hitting and exceeding goals.

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $240,000 per year, as well as a range of employee benefits, including a company-funded deep week, gym membership, and mobile phone contract contributions.
