Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager

About the Role

As a Senior Business Development Manager at Duolingo, you will take a strategic approach to growing our business through partnerships that drive brand awareness, monetization, and user growth.

  1. Grow our partnership portfolio by sourcing, conceptualizing, negotiating, and implementing opportunities with measurable impact to business metrics.
  2. Build compelling business cases for strategic bets to pursue.
  3. Work closely with Product/Engineering to influence product integrations vital to getting strategic partnerships off the ground.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing partnerships that drive business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue strategic opportunities, build business cases, and negotiate agreements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 3+ years of business development experience in the digital consumer tech space.
  • Critical thinking and structured thought process, with skills to build and communicate compelling, data-driven narratives.
  • Ambitious spirit with a track record of achieving great results by building long-lasting external relationships.
