Key Responsibilities:

- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining a well-stocked environment for our clientele.
- Store Upkeep: Help maintain a clean and efficiently operating store.
- Sales and Promotion Support: Engage in the setup and execution of promotional events and sales.
- Safety and Security: Contribute to efforts aimed at preserving a safe shopping atmosphere.
- Previous experience in operations is preferred.
- A strong commitment to customer service and teamwork.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Adaptability and resilience in response to changing priorities.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
- Consistent and dependable attendance.
- Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.

$21.93/hr. The actual hourly pay offered will depend on various factors, including qualifications for the position and relevant experience.
Sephora now offers a Flex (on-demand) position for employees who can work anywhere from 0-19 hours a week. This flexibility allows you to balance your work schedule with other commitments. This could serve as a steppingstone into a more permanent role if you seek more hours in the future.
