Position Overview:


The Senior Manager of People Analytics & HR Processes will spearhead the design and execution of sophisticated people analytics to facilitate data-informed decision-making throughout the organization.

This position entails the collection, examination, and interpretation of HR data to yield insights that guide strategic business choices, enhance organizational effectiveness, and refine HR methodologies.

Moreover, this role is pivotal in ensuring that the HRIS system adeptly supports the organization's HR functions and strategic objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


Data Analysis and Reporting:

Gather, analyze, and interpret HR data to deliver actionable insights.

Develop and sustain HR dashboards and reports that monitor essential metrics such as turnover rates, talent analytics, and diversity and inclusion.

Employ statistical techniques and tools to assess data trends and pinpoint areas for enhancement.


Project Management:

Direct and oversee people analytics and HR technology projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to weave people analytics into broader business strategies and initiatives.

Guarantee seamless interaction of all HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle.


Tool and Technology Management:

Supervise the deployment and upkeep of people analytics tools and platforms.

Remain informed about industry trends and best practices in people analytics, and propose new tools and technologies to enhance capabilities.


HR Process Enhancement:

Offer a comprehensive perspective on all HR processes and identify and implement efficiencies to ensure smooth transitions between processes.

Collaborate with HR teams to comprehend their workflows and identify opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness improvements.

Design and execute data-driven solutions to streamline HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.

Monitor and assess the effectiveness of implemented changes and continuously seek avenues to optimize HR processes.


Strategic Decision Support:

Partner with HR leadership to bolster strategic initiatives through data analysis and insights.

Provide data-driven recommendations to support workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.

Assist in crafting HR strategies by delivering insights on trends, risks, and opportunities.


Data Management and Integrity:

Ensure the precision and integrity of HR data by establishing and upholding data quality standards.

Guarantee data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality in all analytics processes.

Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with data privacy regulations.
