Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor your restaurant team, fostering an environment of growth and success.
  • Instill the Wendy's culture within your team, motivating them to exceed customer expectations at every visit.
  • Oversee all operational and financial aspects of the restaurant.
  • Maintain optimal staffing levels by recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new crew members while focusing on retention.
  • Utilize company training programs to develop a skilled and friendly staff.
  • Identify and nurture talent for internal management positions.
  • Manage team performance effectively to maximize restaurant profitability.
  • Serve as a role model for outstanding customer service.
  • Monitor customer feedback and collaborate with the team to enhance the customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
  • Drive restaurant sales through excellent operations and community engagement.
  • Review financial performance and develop strategies for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in restaurant management at the General Manager level.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
  • Willingness to work 48-50 hours per week, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate others.
