About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Manager to join our team at Carter's/OshKosh. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and leading a team of sales associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our brands, products, and services to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a customer-first approach and setting the tone for a positive and inclusive store environment.
  • Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales goals, manage inventory, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to sales associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies and initiatives.
