About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate at European Wax Center. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, promoting our services, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Explain the benefits of regular waxing and promote our Wax Pass Saving Plans to increase sales.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, building trust and loyalty.
  • Manage the reservation book and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
