Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming calls
- Provide assistance to both staff and clients
- Conduct daily data entry, filing, and faxing tasks
- Schedule appointments for medical consultations
- Input data into electronic health record systems and relevant websites
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Generate daily and weekly reports
- Support intake screenings for new clients
- Manage client enrollment and discharge processes
- Process payments efficiently

Additional Duties:
- Future assignments may be designated as needed

Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proven multitasking capabilities
- Experience in network administration is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting

Physical Requirements:
