Administrative Support Specialist

As an Administrative Assistant Associate on our House Counsel Legal Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our office runs efficiently. Your primary focus will be processing incoming electronic and physical mail, including scanning and storing sensitive legal documents. You will work closely with attorneys and clients, handling administrative tasks and requests with attention to detail and strong time management skills.

- Provide administrative support to attorneys and clients, handling tasks and requests with attention to detail
- Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Develop expertise in a law office setting, growing your skills and knowledge
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Professional experience in an office setting, with duties requiring physical and digital processing of documents
- Working knowledge of legal and/or insurance terms
- Ability to operate a PC, with a strong working knowledge of software such as Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with others
- $20.70/hour
- Gainshare bonus up to 16% of eligible earnings based on company performance
