Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Admin Officer to join our team at MyCareersFuture. As an HR Admin Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our HR department, ensuring accurate records, and providing administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide HR administrative services, including corporate support and record-keeping.
  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding process for staff members.
  • Process applications for various types of claims, grants, and courses for employees.
  • Update employees' personal particulars and maintain accurate records.
  • Manage employees' leave and claims, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Assist with the promotion/demotion process and awards, ensuring fairness and equity.
  • Conduct gift valuations and manage welfare grants for personnel, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.

Requirements

  • Singapore Citizen/Permanent Resident.
  • Diploma in Human Resource or relevant discipline, or A-level with a minimum of one year of relevant experience.
  • Strong service excellence mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Benefits

  • Location: Bukit Gombak, Hillview & Depot Road (with potential for rotation between locations).
  • Salary: $2,200 - $2,800.
  • Performance Bonus.
  • 14 Days Annual Leave.
  • Duration: 5 Years (renewable).
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm (with potential for staggered hours subject to team lead).
