We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to lead our IT staffing efforts in Bangalore. This is an onsite position requiring full-time commitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute high-volume client engagement strategies, including prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, and participation in networking events.
  • Maintain flexibility in traveling to and from client sites as needed.
  • Display strong individual and team-oriented capabilities to manage schedules effectively and exceed set objectives.
  • Handle existing client accounts and identify potential new targets to meet or surpass monthly goals.
  • Take ownership of developing and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
  • Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
  • Work closely with the technical recruitment team to ensure client requirements are met.

Requirements:

  • 25 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in IT staffing.
  • Proven track record in delivering staffing solutions to local IT hiring managers and expanding business networks.
  • Previous exposure to CRM or Sales Enablement tools like Salesforce.
  • Proficient in direct sales for business development and client acquisition.
  • Demonstrated ability to nurture long-term client and candidate relationships.
  • Expertise in lead generation and cold calling to identify, support, and close sales.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with adaptability for a fast-paced environment.
  • History of establishing professional relationships.
  • Well-connected within the industry segment, with a knack for acquiring and expanding customer base.
  • Ability to foster relationships with industry influencers and strategic partners.
  • Bonus points for a proven record of generating new business and driving revenue growth.
