About the Role

Teguar Corporation is seeking an experienced Strategic Sales Manager to join our team. As a global provider of industrial and medical computer solutions, we are dedicated to delivering top-quality products and exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new market opportunities, building relationships with clients, and overseeing all marketing activities to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.

In this role, you will collaborate with the CEO and President on Marketing Strategy, work closely with product development, finance, and operations teams to ensure sales and marketing efforts align with the company's overall strategy, and lead a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities, potential clients, and growth areas.
  • Monitor, analyze, and drive sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure sales strategies align with product offerings.
