The WFS Group is a leading provider of outsourced sales services, and we're currently looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Director to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic growth plans to meet new revenue targets, leveraging your expertise in revenue operations (RevOps) to optimize customer acquisition models.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong background in revenue operations (RevOps). You will be responsible for identifying and evaluating high-value account opportunities, developing and executing strategic growth plans to meet new revenue targets, and leveraging your expertise in customer acquisition models to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic growth plans to meet new revenue targets
  • Leverage RevOps expertise to optimize customer acquisition models
  • Identify and evaluate high-value account opportunities

Requirements:
  • Proven sales leadership experience with a strong track record of success
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to dynamic sales environments

Compensation Range: $90K - $100K
