Job Opportunity

Boxlight Inc. is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Field Sales Manager. This role requires a passion for educational technology and a proven track record of success in the K-12 education market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate revenue and maintain healthy gross margins across all products and brands within the territory
  • Forecast sales performance using NetSuite and prospect for new business opportunities via HubSpot
  • Recruit, develop, and support a network of high-volume partners to provide Boxlight sales and services in their region
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with end-user customers and partners through regular communication, demos, and QBRs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Success, Support, Product, and Marketing, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (desirable)
  • Reside within CO, UT, or NM
  • Ability to travel overnight (up to 50%)
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the K-12 education market, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong understanding of VARs and the actions needed to ensure their trust and success
  • Authorization to work in the United States full-time for any employer
Physical Demands
  • Ability to travel up to 50% (Monday-Friday)
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Ability to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities
