Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the product development team to identify and implement new functionalities, troubleshoot issues, and enhance performance by leveraging both internal and external data.
  • Design and develop dashboards that facilitate daily operations using Business Intelligence systems such as Redash, Metabase, and Superset.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of product releases, ongoing services, and user interactions.
  • Provide actionable insights to refine the product strategy and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Improve and standardize departmental BI practices, including the creation of product performance reports.
  • Assess new features and interpret A/B testing outcomes.
  • Convert raw data into actionable formats, compute metrics as per business requirements, and engage in various analytical tasks related to marketing, billing, and finance.
  • Conduct in-depth product analyses and exploratory research, sharing findings with relevant stakeholders.
Required Technologies:
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python.
  • Familiarity with DBT, Git, and Apache Airflow; experience with ETL/ELT tools is advantageous.
  • Experience with BI tools (Redash, Metabase, Superset) is essential.
  • Background in analyzing marketing and business data, particularly transactions and subscriptions.
  • Knowledge of Amplitude and Firebase is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in Data or Product Analysis within a technology-focused organization.
  • Ability to translate analytical findings into strategic business recommendations.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with meticulous attention to detail in data collection and analysis.
  • Familiarity with data architectures and workflows.
  • Understanding of statistical principles and experience with statistical software.
  • Experience in defining, characterizing, and evaluating product data and event tracking.
  • Knowledge of user segmentation methodologies.
  • Experience in transaction analysis, including declines and refunds.
  • Familiarity with subscription models and lifetime value analysis.
  • Experience in conducting product research and user behavior analysis.

The compensation range for this position is $80,000 - $130,000, reflecting a competitive salary package that may include variable compensation. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
