Key Responsibilities:
  • Work alongside the product team to explore and implement new functionalities, troubleshoot issues, and enhance performance using both internal and external data sources.
  • Design and develop dashboards that facilitate daily operations through Business Intelligence (BI) systems such as Redash, Metabase, and Superset.
  • Analyze and monitor the effectiveness of product releases, ongoing offerings, and user engagement metrics.
  • Provide actionable insights to refine the product roadmap and assist in data-driven decision-making.
  • Improve and standardize departmental BI practices, including the creation of product reporting frameworks.
  • Assess new features and evaluate results from A/B testing.
  • Convert raw data into a structured format, compute metrics based on business requirements, and engage in various analytical tasks related to marketing, billing, and finance.
  • Conduct in-depth product analyses and exploratory studies, sharing findings with relevant stakeholders.
Required Technologies:
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
  • Familiarity with ETL/ELT tools such as DBT, Git, and Apache Airflow is preferred.
  • Experience with BI tools (Redash, Metabase, Superset) is essential.
  • Background in analyzing marketing and business data, including transactions and subscriptions.
  • Knowledge of Amplitude and Firebase is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in Data or Product Analysis within a technology-focused organization.
  • Ability to translate analytical findings into actionable business strategies.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for detail in data collection, organization, and analysis.
  • Familiarity with data infrastructures and workflows.
  • Understanding of statistical methods and experience with statistical software.
  • Experience in defining, characterizing, and testing product data and event tracking.
  • Knowledge of user segmentation techniques.
  • Experience with transaction analysis, including declines and refunds.
  • Familiarity with subscription models and lifetime value (LTV) analysis.
  • Experience in product research and user behavior analysis.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $130,000, reflecting a competitive compensation package that may include variable components. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as the candidate's location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
