**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Product Data Analyst to join our team and lead our data analytics center of excellence. This role will play a crucial part in enabling our product, engineering, customer service, marketing, and executive teams by providing actionable data insights, regular reporting, and self-service tools.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Partner with various teams to identify data needs and develop effective methodologies.
- **Project Management**: Lead data projects independently, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- **Data Analysis**: Collect, structure, and interpret complex data to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions.
- **Dashboard Development**: Create and maintain dashboards to effectively communicate performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- **Data Modeling**: Develop and maintain data models to support business functions and ensure data integrity.
- **Tool Utilization**: Utilize tools like Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, and Metabase for data management and analysis.
**Continuous Improvement**: Automate processes and optimize data delivery to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
**Requirements**
- **Experience**: 3+ years in a data analyst role; 2+ years with large datasets and enterprise data warehouse solutions.
- **Technical Skills**: Expert in SQL and familiarity with data tools like Snowflake, dbt, and Metabase.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- **Project Management**: Proven project management skills with a focus on autonomy.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
