Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the product team to explore and implement new functionalities, resolve bugs, and address performance challenges using both internal and external data sources.
  • Design and create dashboards that facilitate daily operations through Business Intelligence systems (such as Redash, Metabase, and Superset).
  • Analyze and monitor the performance of product releases, ongoing offerings, and user engagement metrics.
  • Provide actionable insights to enhance the product roadmap and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Refine and standardize departmental BI practices, including the development of product reporting.
  • Assess new features and evaluate A/B testing outcomes.
  • Convert raw data into a structured format, compute metrics based on business requirements, and engage in various analytical tasks related to marketing, billing, and finance.
  • Conduct in-depth product analysis and exploratory research, sharing findings with stakeholders.
Required Technologies:
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python.
  • Familiarity with DBT, Git, and Apache Airflow; experience with ETL/ELT tools is preferred.
  • Experience with BI tools (Redash, Metabase, Superset) is essential.
  • Background in analyzing marketing and business data (transactions and subscriptions).
  • Knowledge of Amplitude and Firebase is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • 3+ years of practical experience in Data/Product Analysis within a technology-driven environment.
  • Ability to translate analytical findings into actionable business strategies.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with meticulous attention to detail in data collection, organization, and analysis.
  • Familiarity with data architectures and workflows.
  • Understanding of statistical principles and experience with statistical software.
  • Experience in defining, characterizing, and testing product data and event tracking.
  • Experience with user segmentation.
  • Knowledge of transaction/payment analysis, including declines and refunds.
  • Experience with subscription models and Lifetime Value (LTV) analysis.
  • Experience in product research and user behavior analysis.

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $130,000. We offer a competitive compensation package that may include variable components. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
