We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team at SERVPRO of Marietta West. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our services in assigned territories, meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals, and growing and developing our customer base.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of progressively responsible business-to-business sales experience, with a strong background in sales and marketing within the service sector. You will be a superb communicator with excellent sales, customer service, administrative, verbal, and written skills. A bachelor's degree in marketing or business, or equivalent experience, is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet or Exceed Assigned Sales Quota: Execute the sales cycle, set up closing appointments, maintain assigned contact lists, participate in professional associations, host lunch-and-learns, and promote continuing education (CE) courses.
  • Complete Emergency Ready Profiles (ERPs): Discuss benefits of emergency event preparation with customers.
  • Conduct Objective-to-Objective Daily Marketing Contacts: Build customer relationships and rapport by educating them on the reasons SERVPRO is the best cleaning and restoration company in the world.
  • Compile and Maintain Center of Influence (COI) Information: Identify Target 25 (Top 25 contacts to develop into clients).
  • Provide Clear and Accurate Pretesting, Scoping of Services, and Job Estimates: Monitor and follow up on all assigned jobs, ensuring customer needs are met.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of progressively responsible business-to-business sales experience.
  • Experience with sales and marketing within the service sector.
  • Superb sales, customer service, administrative, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong business and financial background and process-and-results-driven attitude.
  • Working knowledge of current business software technologies is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
