Job Summary

Community Loan Servicing is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Relationship Manager to join our team. As a Commercial Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of performing commercial loans, providing customer service, and collections to commercial borrowers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to commercial borrowers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial loans, ensuring timely payments and resolving any delinquencies or issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with borrowers to understand their commercial mortgage needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination, resulting in a positive experience for our borrowers.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry best practices to ensure compliance and excellence in customer service.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics and production goals, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer service, collections, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment, with a focus on regulatory, compliance, and business rule changes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, particularly Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) with proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Experience working in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication.
  • High volume contact center environment, with a strong emphasis on customer service and collections.
