We are on the lookout for dynamic, goal-oriented individuals to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction document preparation for commercial, retail, educational, and residential projects.


The Architectural Project Leader will support the Project Manager, Project Architect, and Principal in delivering multiple architectural projects, with the following responsibilities:


Responsibilities:
  • Development of design documents, including 3D modeling.
  • Creation of detailed construction documents.
  • Coordination with DSEA team members during project development.
  • Assisting the Project Manager in liaising with consultants.
  • Facilitating project approvals through relevant agencies.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Architecture or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years in construction document production.
  • 5-7 years of experience in an architectural firm preferred.
  • Familiarity with the current edition of the California Building Code and accessibility standards.
  • Strong proficiency in CAD software (ArchiCAD preferred, or Revit/AutoCAD).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
