Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive commercial growth and lead our sales team in the next phase of our company's expansion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales strategy, team leadership, and customer experience management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute annual sales growth plans, including KPIs and metrics for sales engineers.
  2. Enhance commercial processes and GTM channels to streamline sales cycles and customer journeys.
  3. Collaborate with internal and external teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities and strengthen key customer relationships.
  4. Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to inform product development and market expansion strategies.
  5. Optimize business development and sales enablement tools, technology, and resources to support team success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related technical field.
  • Proven experience in industrial or commercial sales, with a strong understanding of air compressors, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to customer and partner locations, as well as attend trade shows.
